Loving the unknown

Loving the unknown; loving the unknowable, a perfect love affair? No disappointment?

Loving the unknown; loving the unknowable, a perfect love affair? No disappointment? The unknowable – the True One reveals itself but it still can never be the knowable. All that can be known is that you can’t know; you can only Not know, that is the only real wisdom there is. Yippee! No conceit is allowed in this true knowledge, what perfection the Truth Is.

My friend, my friend, I cannot know all your feelings or perceptions about anything – even if you really wanted to tell me about them. Perceptions do not stand still, yet the real of what Is, does. It is the constant and love is recognizing that Constant without ever having to recognize It as it is your very nature and true self. It knows, what you thought was a you which of course is the flux of feelings and perceptions that constantly swirl in reaction to events. How we have all longed for an extraordinary love and how disinterested we have been in giving an extraordinary kind of love. How vexed we have become in the denial of that special love and how disinclined we are in trying to give that kind of love. We all want something different than what we have. And he cheated on you and he kept it a secret for years. How angry you were that he could love you so poorly and would you, could you go on with him, once more, and forgive him again. Again! Why again. Why does love mean that you have to forgive him again and again? Why does love ask for such sacrifices and never seems to return the favor?
