Looking Back

I look back
all those bridges
have fallen into the raging waters,
leaving me nowhere to go.

A tiny sun-drenched flower floats by.
The petals are calling forth dreams,
dreams that slip away
like those bridges I can't find anymore.

Good morning,
Good day.
Do you know of that strange wind that passes through my hair
while I am spinning?

I call for you
but I've found you
made into another bridge.

The lady sleeper is smoking another player
flower
water drenched
with what I can't remember
What's the use of looking back?
