Live In This Moment

I only have to live in this moment
Nothing difficult is happening - the usual: my knees ache, my hands are stiff – the usual aging that has
been my companion for these last ten years

I only have to live in this moment – pen to paper – words appear and I only live in this moment
Nothing is really happening
Breathing in and out
All this appearing of something happening
I live in this moment
It is already gone and is now this moment
Another moment
that nothing is happening
it occurs to me Always and Always this is
this is Enlightenment
I only live in this moment
no time passes, every moment is the same:
Nothing Happens (oh, sure there can be perceptions – perceptions are
not happenings)
I only live as this moment and this moment never passes
This is the ‘where’ of where you find me
in no happening
I am standing still in the world of happenings
As Nothing Happens – I am the stillness in the delusion of come and go; gain and loss
I live in this moment, my eyes wide open, my heart vulnerable
Everything is met for the first and only time
Surprised to see you again and again
I have only this moment
I live in this moment, this moment of no movement
I have always lived
I have always lived here
