Every night I set to dreaming

I want to avoid the mediocrity of my mind
Every night I set to dreaming
I want to avoid the mediocrity of my mind
I want to see the next edge and cliff of your limits for me and jump into
The abyss of what can happen next and what can be that we haven’t
known yet
I want to see your attraction drive you to off the common roads of what
can be done and seen and felt
I’m driving and you are driving me crazy!
In the midst of people I follow my own desire to be free of what it is you
want
I would rather you want what I want to give you
I know it’s good for you but you prefer the same old vanity of what has
gone before
I slip into this dream
I slip out of this dream of yours
Is it all happening just in our heads; in my head?
I look for you, my master, but you are awkward and have nothing to saw
or do with me
Is there no play left between us?
Are we disappointed in the lives that we have been allowed to live?
Will this world ever care about the dream of awakening?
