All the religious is finished
All the spiritual is gone
All the journey of what is extraordinary has
disappeared and re-appeared as the only ordinary
That Is
How free to Be
Yourself as the Natural with no artifice, no
reverence of role or ritual of sacred duty.
I walk, I eat.
I smile at your foibles and struggles.
Be active
Be at rest . . . another day of the ordinary . . . Life
repeats and I live it.
I am its’ art form and the ordinary is accomplished
so naturally . . . this ease, this life lived – lived
happily.
No high, no low . . . I endure as life Being
Being lived.
