Abandon it

We have created ourself We have
created this I that arises from
our fear that is our fear
masquerading as an identity as a one that
directs and controls and this creates an
illusion of continuity. It is an unnecessary
activity Abandon it at once!
And see that life still arises without the perceiver as a
continued identity.
You are! I am!
This so called perceiver is only the manual to our car -
our driving machines - our body/mind. It
has no control. It processes
experience so we can drive our bodies well A manual is
necessary to know how to drive a car, our I is only this. It
has no value, power or identity apart from our body;
apart from being the manual to our car. There is no
depth of identity. We have created a
silly illusion of identity out of fear. I as identity is only
an activity of fear. Face the Fear! Abandon it
at once!
